1. Definitions

2.Offer: TCPL offer SCB affluent priority clients a membership id. These membership ids can be redeemed at https://thriwe.com/membership/ platform(online) for below mentioned offers:-

3.Offer Period: Period commencing from the time you receive the offer via the welcome emailer.

4.Qualified Client: The offer is applicable to all newly onboarded Priority banking clients.

5.Terms & Conditions
1. The offer is valid for all Priority clients
2. Clients will receive a communication from the Bank regarding the offer along with the unique voucher code to avail this offer.
3. Once received, the e-voucher will be valid for 6 months for registration. Client must avail the e-voucher within the validity period.
4. E-Vouchers are valid on all days of the week.
5. To avail the e-voucher, the Client must log onto the portal and register himself via the unique membership ID.
6. This e-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.
7. The e-voucher is one-time use and is to be availed by only one person at a time.
8. No extension will be granted post the expiry date under any circumstances.
9. Once the SCB customer has registered on the platform, the Membership will be valid for a period of 6 months. The Thriwe codes are not transferable and should not be resold or redeemed for cash.
10. Customer will have access to all of the services for a period of 6 months from the date of activati2.on of the Thriwe Membership ID by the cardholder.
11. Under the Family banking programme only the first ID registered receives the Offer.
12. The Membership ID would be a differentiator for each product bundle.

6.General Terms and Conditions
1. This is an exclusive offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank. All the details regarding the offer are available on the Bank’s website (www.sc.com/in).
2. The Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this
3. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the offer up to the termination/expiry date.
4. Participation in this offer is entirely voluntary and it is agreed and understood by the participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made voluntarily.
5. The offer is non-transferable.
6. The offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever.
7. Standard Chartered Bank shall not entertain any such disputes on the quality of products delivered by Thriwe even if, the customer approaches the Bank for resolution of the same
8. The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements for the results of the offer. The Qualified Clients shall be intimated by the Bank through Email only.
9. In all matters relating to this offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
10.By participating in the offer, the participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
11.Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the client due to provision of the offer, shall be to the sole account of the client
12.The Offer shall be subject to usual force majeure events and on occurrence of such event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Standard Chartered Bank
13.Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the applicable terms and conditions on https://thriwe.com/membership/ platform
14.Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on https://thriwe.com/membership/ platform(/, are for representative purpose only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products sold by the relevant sellers. Standard Chartered Bank shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same
15.Products offered under this program are subject to availability from Thriwe and in no circumstances Standard Chartered Bank shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products
16.Under no circumstance will the offer/Instant Discount being offered under this program be settled in cash
17.Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by both the Parties with mutual consultations for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at Mumbai and language of arbitration shall be English
18.Customers are not bound in any way to participate in the program
19.Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a best effort basis

21.All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
