NTB Priority Banking Offer (Taj)- Terms and conditions
Definitions:
Bank: Standard Chartered Bank (SCB), India.
Offer: A Taj Gift voucher of INR Fifteen Thousand only (INR 15,000)
Offer Period: The Offer Period shall commence from 00:00:01 hours on 17th November 2025 and shall extend up to 23:59:59 hours on 30th June 2026.
Applicability: Opening a FUM (Funds Under Management) qualified* Priority Banking account during the Offer Period. Accounts opened till 30th June 2026 will be considered under the Offer.
E-Voucher validity: The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The vouchers will be valid for usage on all days of the week.
Voucher usage: To avail the e-voucher, you must input the promo code in the redemption link communicated by the bank on your registered Mobile Number/Email ID. In case the validity has expired, no extension to voucher will be granted under any circumstance.
Offer fulfilment: The e-voucher will be sent within 60 days of fulfilment of offer criteria. The e-voucher will be sent to your registered email ID with SCB & will be subject to the Voucher Terms & Conditions.
Offer Conditions & Qualification Criteria:
1.Condition 1: Client must open a Priority banking relationship during the Offer Period and fulfil Priority Banking FUM (Funds Under Management) Eligibility Criteria as defined below:
FUM (Funds Under Management) >= INR 50 Lakhs which includes anyone, or the combination of the following products from the Bank: Savings Accounts, Term Deposits, Investments made through the Bank, Life-to-date (total) paid-up life insurance premium for policies in force, market value of demat holdings in the depository account held with Standard Chartered Bank
Client must meet the above Priority Banking FUM qualification criteria for at least 2 consecutive months within 6 months from date of account opening. As an illustration, if a customer opens a Priority account on 30th June’2026, FUM qualification criteria can be maintained for any 2 consecutive months till 31st December 2026. The customer will be eligible for the Offer subject to fulfilling this condition as well as Condition 2 as mentioned below.
Client must make a minimum cumulative spend of INR 5000 within 3 months of the Priority Banking account being setup/opened. Spends should be done using SCB Credit or Debit Card or UPI.
#Spends considered will be post netting off refunds, failed transactions, and chargebacks. Only transactions in INR will be considered.
General Terms and Conditions
This is an exclusive offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank.
The Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this offer at any time.
The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the offer up to the termination/expiry date.
Participation in this offer is entirely voluntary, and it is agreed and understood by the participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made voluntarily.
The offer can be availed only once at time of meeting the account opening criteria.
The offer is non-transferable, cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of Standard Chartered Bank.
The offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
The Bank shall not entertain any disputes on the quality of products /services delivered by the Company, even if the client approaches the Bank for resolution of the same.
The Bank will not be responsible or liable in case the Offer is not configured or could not be availed due to any malfunction, delay, traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website.
The Bank does not endorse any of the products, services or brands being offered under the Offer and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after-sales service of such products or services, which shall be at the sole liability of the Company.
The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements for the results of the offer. The Qualified Clients shall be intimated by the Bank through Email only.
In all matters relating to this offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
By participating in the offer, the participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the client due to provision of the offer, shall be to the sole account of the client.
The Offer shall be subject to usual force majeure events and on occurrence of such events, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of the Bank.
Nothing expressed or implied in the programme shall in any way waive or amend any of the applicable terms and conditions.
Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the client either through mailers or advertised, are for representative purpose only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products sold by the relevant sellers. The Bank shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same.
Services offered under this programme are subject to availability from the Company and in no circumstances will the Bank be liable for non-availability of any of the products / services.
Under no circumstance will the offer/Instant Discount being offered under this program be settled in cash.
For any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of India and the courts of Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in case of any disputes under this Agreement.
Clients are not bound in any way to participate in the programme. Any such participation is purely voluntary.
All liability with respect to the products purchased lies with the Company and the Bank shall be in no way responsible for the same
VOUCHER USAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Taj Experience eGift vouchers are issued by The Indian Hotels Company Limited, hereinafter ‘the Company’.
Taj Experience eGift voucher balance may be redeemed for spends towards rooms, food and beverages, spa and other services and applicable taxes without restrictions at Taj, SeleQtions and Vivanta hotels and Ama Trails & Stays in India, except for retail spends at third-party outlets, business centre equipment hire, hired services from third party sources, expenses on banquets, conferences, and events, or expenses of a personal nature for which a pay-out is raised such as buying medicines, repairs of personal items, etc. and payment for any membership program.
Multiple transactions can be performed on the voucher until the value of the voucher is exhausted.
Should your purchase value exceed the balance on the voucher, the differential amount of such purchase may be loaded on the voucher or paid at the point of sale in cash or through an accepted credit or debit card, at the time of making such purchase.
A valid voucher in its original form or e-mail must be presented at the time of availing a service.
For prepaid room reservations at Taj Reservations Worldwide, the voucher number must be quoted when making the reservation. In case of cancellations the standard cancellation policies of Taj would apply. Please contact Taj Reservations Worldwide to process any eligible refunds from cancellations on your e-voucher.
The voucher shall not be valid for use at any other service establishment or for withdrawal of cash.
No refund, replacement or cash back would be considered against the voucher Once a voucher is issued, the Company will not entertain any request for cancellation. Any defaced, torn, altered, spoiled or cancelled voucher is deemed invalid and shall not be accepted.
Persons purchasing vouchers or similar products from an unauthorized reseller or platform do so at their own risk and consequences. The Company shall not be responsible or liable in respect of any claims or loss/damage caused to any person in any manner whatsoever in relation to the voucher or similar products purchased from such unauthorized sellers or platforms. Redemption of the voucher by its bearer shall be a valid discharge of the Company’s liabilities in respect of the voucher.
Any dispute needs to be referred to The Indian Hotels Company Limited and the decision of the Company shall be final.
Any further dispute related to the voucher all be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.
The voucher is subject to applicable laws. The Company, purchaser and the voucher bearer shall comply with all applicable laws promulgated by any statutory/judicial/competent authority from time to time in this regard.
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
