Definitions

1. Bank: Standard Chartered Bank in India.
2. Offer: The Offer means ‘Qualified Customers’ will receive additional 1,500 reward points on minimum total spends of INR 1,00,000 using their Standard Chartered Ultimate Credit card during the Offer Period.
3. Offer Period: The Offer Period shall commence from 00:00:01 hours on 8 Nov 2023 and shall extend up to 23:59:59 hours on 14 Nov 2023.
4. Qualified Customer(s): The offer is only applicable to resident Standard Chartered Bank Ultimate credit card holders. Bank’s credit card holders who have received the offer communication from the bank and who have successfully carried out the transactions described in the Offer.
5. NRE and NRO cardholders will not be eligible for this Offer.

Offer Details

1. Customer(s) will qualify for additional 1,500 reward points if they use their Standard Chartered Ultimate credit card for minimum total spends of INR 1,00,000.
2. Customer(s) would be eligible for 1,500 reward points on fulfilment of the Offer eligibility criteria.
3. A customer can receive a maximum of 1,500 reward points through this Offer.
4. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer /promotion of Standard Chartered Bank.
5. This offer is applicable only on Ultimate Credit cards (Primary & Add-on).
6. Qualified customer(s) will receive the reward points within 90 days from the date when the offer ends.
7. In case the cardholder cancels any transactions due to which the client has qualified for the reward points, then those transactions will not be considered towards the calculation of the additional reward points.
8. Any transaction(s) made during offer period for making payment(s) towards Tax, Investments, Wallet transactions, Insurance, Government, Rental payments, Education etc. will not be considered as purchase transaction(s).
9. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer(s) /promotion(s) of Standard Chartered Bank. If a client is eligible for multiple offers, maximum benefit(s) from either of the offer will be rewarded to the customer.

Communication of the Offer

1. The offer will be communicated to a select set of the bank’s credit card holders through – SMS and/or email on their registered mobile number(s) or email address, at the discretion of the bank.

General Terms and Conditions

1. This is an exclusive offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank. All details regarding the offer are available on the bank’s website(sc.com/in).
2. The bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this o The bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the offer without assigning any reason(s) whatsoever. Neither anything contained in the terms and conditions set out herein, nor those forming part of the offer communication shall be construed as an obligation on the part of the bank to continue the offer up to the date of expiry of the offer.
3. Participation in this offer is completely voluntary.
4. The offer is non-transferable.
5. The offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made/continued for any reason whatsoever.
6. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
7. In all matters relating to this offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
8. By participating in the offer, the participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein and those forming part of the offer communications.
9. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the qualified customer(s) , shall be solely borne by the qualified customer(s)
