Terms and Conditions for Amazon Voucher Offer

Definitions
1. Bank: Standard Chartered Bank in India.
2. Offer: Offer: The Offer means ‘Qualified Customers will receive an Amazon voucher worth INR 500 on minimum spend of INR 5000 (five thousand rupees) using their Standard Chartered Ultimate Credit Card during the Offer Period. Exclusions mentioned in offer details.
3. Offer Period: Offer Period: The Offer Period shall commence from the new card set up date and shall end 30 calendar days from the card set up date. Offer communication period will be from 1st April 2024 to 30th June 2024
4. Qualified Client: The Offer is only applicable to a select set of Bank’s Credit Card holders who have received the Offer communication from the Bank and who have successfully carried out the transactions described in the Offer will qualify for the benefit under the Offer.
5. NRE and NRO cardholders will not be eligible for this offer

Offer Details
1. Customer will be entitled to Amazon voucher worth INR 500 if they use their Standard Chartered Ultimate credit card for purchase spends of minimum INR 5000.
2. Customer would be eligible for Amazon voucher worth INR 500 on fulfilment of the Offer eligibility criteria.
3. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of Standard Chartered Bank.
4. This Offer is applicable on Standard Chartered Ultimate Credit card
5. Qualified Customers will receive the voucher within 90 days from the end of the Offer Period.
6. The following transactions will not qualify for meeting the spends criteria on the credit card: ATM cash withdrawals, rental payments, wallet transactions, gift cards, transaction which is either unsuccessful or cancelled/rejected by the Bank, transactions which are followed up with partial or full reversals or transactions that are cancelled by the card holder.

Communication of the Offer
1. The Offer will be communicated to select set of Bank Credit Card holders only through – SMS and/or email on their registered mobile number or email address or on a recorded line, at the discretion of the Bank.

General Terms and Conditions

2. The Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in the terms and conditions set out herein, nor those forming part of the Offer communication shall be construed as an obligation on the part of the Bank to continue the Offer up to the date of expiry of the Offer.
3. Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary.
4. The Offer is non-transferable.
5. The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made/continued for any reason whatsoever.
6. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
7. In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
8. By participating in the Offer, the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein and those forming part of the Offer communications.
9. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Qualified Customer, shall be solely borne by the Qualified Customer.
