1. The Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad (“SCBMB”) and Standard Chartered Saadiq Berhad (“SCSB”) (collectively known as “the Bank”) Priority Private & Priority Referral Campaign (MGM) H2 2026 (“Campaign”) will run from 1 July 2026 to 31 December 2026, inclusive of both dates (“Campaign Period”).
2. Eligible Referrer must submit a completed online Priority Private/Priority referral form (“Referral Form”). The Referral Form can be accessed at the following link: https://www.sc.com/my/promotions/priority-referral-programme/ and the completed Referral Form must be submitted prior to the Eligible Referee opening a new Current Account/Savings Account (“CASA”) with the Bank; and
3. By the end of the next calendar month (Month-on-Board 1) following the submission of the Referral Form and up to the time of reward payout:
3.1 The Eligible Referee must successfully sign up for Priority Private/Priority membership with the Bank. 3.2 The Eligible Referee must maintain a minimum of RM3,000,000 (Priority Private) or RM350,000 (Priority Banking) in Fresh Funds with the Bank in deposits and/or investments.
4. An Eligible Referrer:
4.1 Includes:
4.1.1 all existing individual Priority Banking clients who are not the Bank’s staff; or
4 1.2 All of the Bank’s staff (excluding the Bank’s permanent or contract staff on Front Line Incentive Plan (“FLIP”), Affluent Segment, Deposit, Affluent Distribution and Wealth Solutions department staff (non-FLIP including Branch staff), Client Care Centre, non-individuals clients and corporate clients);
4.2 Must have maintained all their accounts with the Bank in good standing, without any breach of the relevant terms and conditions or agreements;
4.3 Must have an active primary CASA, or Islamic CASA product, where the participating products are Tawarruq based products only; and
4.4 Cannot refer him/herself as the Eligible Referee under this Campaign.
5. As Eligible Referee:
5.1 Must be new to CASA with no previous CASA relationship with the Bank for the past 12 months prior to the commencement of this Campaign Period;
5.2 Where an Eligible Referee’s account is a joint account, the account shall be treated as ONE (1) introduction only, irrespective of the number of accountholders; and Must not be a joint account held together with the Eligible Referrer.
