The following Terms and Conditions apply to Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria Limited (‘the Bank’) and ‘SC Referral Programme’ (‘the Campaign’). By participating in this Campaign, you understand and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any variations to these Terms.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
‘SC Referral Programme’ means Member Get Member (MGM), a client referral program where the Bank’s existing clients (referrer) can refer their family, friends, colleagues, etc to open account/s with the bank and deposit or invest in a Wealth Management product up to the minimum Asset Under Management (AUM) for the segment. Upon successful account opening and requisite funding for the referee’s account and/or investment, the referrer would be eligible for a reward (subject to applicable term and conditions).
‘Campaign Period’ means 1st August 2025 to 31st December 2025.
‘Eligible products’ means Qualified Priority Banking Account with a minimum Asset Under Management of NGN50 Million or a minimum balance of NGN50 Million or its equivalent in foreign currency.

2. The Bank assumes no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage of any nature in connection with your participation in the Campaign (whether due to negligence or otherwise).
3. In the event of a dispute, the Bank’s decision will be final and binding on all aspects of this Campaign and no appeal or correspondence will be entertained. The Bank will not be liable whatsoever for any decision taken in such an event.
4. All account opening applications shall be submitted through the SC Mobile App or in-branch and will be subject to approval through SCBN’s account opening processes. Accounts will be opened when the Bank’s account opening requirements are met. The Bank’s decision on account opening will be communicated directly to the applicant.
5. These terms and conditions are supplementary to the Bank’s Standard Terms and Conditions applicable to the advertised products (“Standard Terms”) including the Client Terms and conditions. In the event there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Standard Terms and Client Terms, the Standard Terms and the Client Terms shall apply.
6. All the information you give to us or any member of Standard Chartered Group is confidential and shall only be used and released as provided for in Standard terms as well as the Client Terms conditions.
7. The Campaign shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Amendment
These terms and conditions and any update or amendment to them including amendment to the privacy statement will be available on the Bank’s website – www.sc.com/ng and will take effect from the date of notification of the update or amendment.
