    Step 1: Visit Online or Mobile Banking.

    Step 2: Go to the menu and select “Transfer Between Own Accounts”.

    Step 3: Select Account to be Transferred To

    •       Local Own Account
    •       Global Link Account

    Step 5: Enter Currency and Amount.

    Step 6: Review the details of the transfer and Click “Confirm”.

    *Note: Transfers posted on a weekend/public holiday/after currency cut-off time, will be process on the next working day or as per currency/marker open times at the rate prevailing on that day. We recommend that you place your request for processing foreign currency transactions during banking hours.

    Steps on how to transfer funds to local accounts

    Step 1: Visit Online Banking or SC Mobile app and log in to your account.

    Step 2: Select “Transfer to local account” from the menu. Options for Local Payees include:

    • 3rd Party Beneficiary –> Payee Type–> Standard Chartered Account
    • Local Beneficiary–> Payee Type–> Other Local Banking Account
    • Local Credit Card Beneficiary–> Payee Type–> Other Local Bank Credit Card


    Step 3: 
    Select the beneficiary you will be remitting funds to and click “Next”.

    Step 4: Select the funding account and the amount to be transferred.

    Step 5: Enter a payment description, if required and click “Next”.

    Step 6: Review the details of the transfer and click “Confirm”.

    Step 7: Your transfer is on its way!

    Step 2: Select “Transfer to international account” from the menu.

    Step 3: Select the beneficiary you will be remitting funds to and click “Next”.

    Step 4: Select the funding account, the transfer amount and who picks up the cost of remittance.

    Step 5: Enter a payment description, if required and click next.

    Step 6: Review the details of the transfer and click “Confirm”.

    Step 7: Your transfer is on its way.

    Step 1: Go to menu and Select “Help and Services”.

    Step 2: Select Cheque Book Request.

    •       Choose option under Most Popular Request
    •       Choose option under Service Request by Category–> Account Management–>Cheque Book Request


    Step 3: 
    Choose which account you would like your cheque book to be issued for.

    Step 4: This request will be shown to eligible accounts.

    Step 5: Once Details are confirmed the cheque book will be sent to your mailing address.

    Step 6: To track the status of your cheque book or any other request, go to the “Help and Services” menu and select status.

    Steps on how to activate your card

    Step 1: Go to menu and Select ‘Help and Services’.

    Step 2: Select either Debit or Credit Card Activation & PIN Set under ‘Service Request by category’–> ‘Card Management’.

    Step 3: Choose which card to activate.

    Step 4: Ensure that you have your card before proceeding for Activation and PIN Set.

    Step 5: Enter PIN for your debit or credit card.

    Step 6: Key in the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and click next.

    Step 7: Review the details on screen and click ‘Confirm’.

    Step 8: Your card is now activated with a PIN.

    Note: Credit cards are activated within 24 hours, but you can activate your card prior to the 24 hours through the above.

    Step 1: Go to menu and Select ‘Help and Services’.

    Step 3: Choose which card to block and reason for block.

    Step 4: Key in the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and click next.

    Step 5: Review the details on screen and click ‘Confirm’.

    Step 6: Your card is now blocked and you will be issued a replacement automatically.

    Step 2: Once you have logged in, you can submit an EPP request through any of the following options:

    •     Click on the Banner inviting you to apply for an Easy Payment Plan; or
    •     Go to “Card Transaction History” page and select the eligible transaction(s) you wish you to  convert; or
    •     If you’re on your logged in via SC Mobile, select “Apply for Easy Payment Plan” from the 3-dot menu on the upper right side of your Credit Cards transaction page


    Step 3: 
    You will be asked to enter a One-Time Password (OTP) that you will receive on your registered mobile #.

    Step 4: After entering the OTP, simply select the tenure you wish to book your selected transaction(s) on.

    Step 5: Accept Terms & Conditions and submit your request.

    Step 6: You will receive an SMS confirmation that your request is being processed.

    •    Click on the Banner inviting you to apply for a Fixed Payment Plan against your available credit limit; or
    •    Go to the main menu and select “Loan on Card” under the Loans section; or
    •    Go to “Card Details” page and select the “Apply for Loan” next to your available credit limit; or
    •    If you’re on your logged in via SC Mobile, select “Get a Loan on Card” from the 3-dot menu on the upper right side of your Credit Cards transaction page


    Step 3: 
    You will be asked to enter a One-Time Password (OTP) that you will receive on your registered mobile #.

    Step 4: After entering the OTP, select “Instalment Loan” to avail a Fixed Payment Plan.

    Step 5: Simply select the amount you wish to book against the tenure you wish to book it on.

    Step 6: Provide the account details of where you would like the funds to be transferred.

    Step 7: Accept Terms & Conditions and submit your request.

    Step 8: You will receive an SMS confirmation that your request is being processed.

    •    If you’re on your logged in via SC Mobile, select “Get a Loan on Card” from the 3-dot menu on the upper right side of your Credit Cards transaction page


    Step 3: 
    You will be asked to enter a One-Time Password (OTP) that you will receive on your registered mobile #.

    Step 4: After entering the OTP, select “Non-instalment Loan” to avail a Smart Payment Plan.

    Step 5: Simply select the amount you wish to book.

    Step 6: Provide the account details of where you would like the funds to be transferred.

    Step 7: Accept Terms & Conditions and submit your request.
