It provides a wholistic cover death, total permanent disability and critical illness.

The maximum age at entry should be less than or equal to 59 years and the minimum age at inception is 18 years.

The minimum term for the plan is 5 years and maximum term is 52 years. Cover however ceases at 70 years.

Plan allows policy holders to choose between Gold (death and total permanent disability) and Diamond (death, total permanent disability and critical illness).

You determine the sum assured, the benefits paid out and the duration of the plan.

  • The maximum age at inception for parent or guardian who will be the policy holder is 59 years.

Claims will be paid within five (5) working days upon complete submission of these documents.

  1. A completed claim form.
  2. The original Document of Insurance.
  3. Any national form of identity that establishes the name and date of birth of the policyholder and/or claimant: Voters ID, Drivers license, Passport or NHIS card.
  4. Other documents in respect to the particular cover. (i.e.Death, TPD or Critical illness).
