You can update your personal details including correspondent address, email address and more via Online Banking.

Update via SC Mobile App

You can update profile details including email address, residential & mailing addresses, etc. via Online Banking and SC Mobile App. You can also update international/local mobile number via Online Banking with SC Mobile Key1.

After logging in SC Mobile App, click “Edit Personal Details”

Review Profile Changes and confirm by taping the “arrow” again

Enter 6-digit SC Mobile Key1 and “CONFIRM”

Your request is submitted. You will be notified upon submitting the request and once the change(s) have been made.

Update via Online banking

After login Online Banking, click “Update Client Information” > “Update Profile Details”

  • Please register SC mobile key in advance, log in the full banking services of Standard Chartered Online banking and submit the request via update profile details service. Mobile number update service via online is not applicable to SC mobile app or clients that haven’t registered SC mobile key.

  • The processing time may take up to 4 working days. Once the request is processed, you will be notified via different channels such as SMS, email and physical letter.
