It’s essential to follow your principles, and the Saadiq credit card is designed to stay true to your beliefs, no matter where you are.

According to the ‘Murabaha’ concept, which means a trade transaction, you will only be charged a profit rate on the amount that you carry forward to next month. This structure has been reviewed and approved by an independent Shariah Supervisory Committee, comprising of three of the world’s most renowned and respected scholars in the field of Islamic Banking.

Dr. Aznan Hasan – He is currently the President of the Association of Shariah Advisors in Islamic Finance (ASAS). He serves as a Shariah Advisor and Shariah Consultant to several international and local financial institutions, government bodies and corporations.

Sheikh Nizam Yaqubi – Holds highly respected positions on the Shariah Boards of many Islamic institutions worldwide.
Dr. Mohamed Ali Elgari – Expert at Islamic Jurisprudence Academy and as a Shariah Advisor to several Islamic financial institutions.

Compared to any other credit card rewards programme in the UAE, 360° Rewards lets you earn Rewards Points faster on the Standard Chartered Smart Saadiq Credit Card.

  • Starting 1 October 2024, your airport lounge benefits with your Visa credit card will only be accessible exclusively through the Visa Airport Companion (VAC) app and will replace the current process of accessing airport lounges by just presenting your physical credit card.
  • Download and register with your Standard Chartered credit card on the Visa Airport Companion app to check your lounge access eligibility and personal benefits.
  • First visit to the airport lounge in a calendar year is complimentary. To utilise the subsequent complimentary 7 visits in the same calendar year, a client needs to make a minimum international spend of USD 1 or equivalent.
  • To activate the remaining 7 subsequent visits, the international spend must be done 15 days before you travel, and automatically the (all) remaining visits access will be unlocked for the remaining calendar year period (January to December).
  • Any visit beyond the first complimentary visit, and if the spend criteria is not met, then the cardholder will be charged $32 per usage on the used card.
  • Any visits beyond the (total) 8 complimentary visits in the same year will be charged to your card.
  • The annual lounge visit entitlement and the requirement to meet the eligibility condition will reset from 1 January in subsequent years.
  • The benefit entitlement and spend condition is the same and apply on both primary and supplementary cards.
  • As part of the default option, any lounge visits outside Visa Lounge entitlement will need to be paid for by the Cardholder (Visit will be charged directly to the card by Visa).
  • Visa International reserves the right to modify or cancel any or all of these offers at any time and without notice.
  • Enjoy 2 ‘Buy 1 Get 1 Free’ movie experiences at VOX Cinemas when you book online or through the VOX Cinemas mobile app.
  • A maximum of 2 tickets per movie session (2D and 3D movie tickets) can be availed under this offer for Smart Saadiq credit card.
  • Ticket types available under this offer are 2D Standard, Premium View, MAX, Premium View (Mercato, Nation Towers, Nakheel), 2D MAX Atmos Premium View and 3D Standard, MAX Standard, Premium View, and MAX Premium View
  • Any movie experience not listed above is not eligible for the cinema ticket offer.
  • Standard Chartered credit card holders can enjoy 50% off the second medium popcorn on purchase of one medium popcorn.
