Transfer Services Due to the Eid-Al-Adha public holidays, certain transfers to local accounts via Online Banking and SC Mobile App will not be available. From 26 to 29 May 2026
UAE Direct Debit System Direct Debit service set up on Online Banking will not be available. From 26 to 29 May 2026
Credit Card Services Credit Card services in SC Cash Deposit Machine, Automated Teller Machine (ATM), Interactive Voice Response, Online Banking and SC Mobile App will not be available. From 1:30 AM to 3:30 AM on 30 & 31 May 2026
Credit Card online purchases Online purchases done by Credit Card using 3D Secure (3DS) authentication will be temporarily unavailable. From 1:30 AM to 3:30 AM on 30 & 31 May 2026
Credit Card Transaction Alerts Credit Card Transaction Alerts (SMS/Push Notifications) will not be dispatched during this period. They will be sent on resumption of this service. From 1:30 AM to 3:30 AM on 30 & 31 May 2026
