Registering for SC MasterPass
  1. Download the "SC MasterPass" app from the App Store or Play Store or visit the SC MasterPass home page
  2. Sign up using your mobile number
  3. Create a 4 digit MasterPass PIN (you need this to make a transaction)
  4. Add your Standard Chartered credit card(s) to your wallet
Shopping in store with SC MasterPass
  1. Tell the merchant you’re paying with SC MasterPass
  2. Ensure your phone’s location access and Bluetooth are on
  3. Open the SC MasterPass App and choose the card you’re paying with
  4. Enter your MasterPass PIN
  5. Tap your phone on the terminal to complete the purchase
Shopping online with SC MasterPass
  1. Click the "Buy with MasterPass" button on the merchant site
  2. You’ll be redirected to the MasterPass site to enter your mobile number
  3. Enter your MasterPass PIN and a One Time Password (OTP) is sent to your phone
  4. Enter the OTP on screen
  5. Choose the card you’re paying with, and your shipping address
  6. Confirm and review your order before completing your purchase
