  1. e-CNY Exchange and Top-up will be processed in real time. The expected arrival time depends on the relevant e-CNY operator.
  2. To ensure your transaction is processed in a timely and accurate manner, please ensure you’ve registered for e-payment services at the branch.
  3. Transaction limit is subject to your e-CNY wallet , our Online Banking daily limit and single transaction limit amount.
    • 1)Cumulative amount of e-CNY Exchange and Top-up, Intra-bank Fund Transfer and Interbank Fund Transfer to 3rd party (ie, “To a Local Account” transfers), CUP Online Payment, Bill Payment (ie, “Pay Bills” transfers), and Global Link Fund Transfer service per day cannot exceed “Daily Maximum Limit”.
    • a. Personal Banking Customers: CNY 100,000
    • b. Premium Banking Customers: CNY 200,000
    • c. Priority Banking & Priority Private Customers: CNY 1,000,000
    •  2) For the details of e-CNY wallet limit, please go to the settings of your e-CNY APP.
    • 3) The single transaction amount should not exceed CNY 5,000.
  4. After your e-CNY exchange and top-up is submitted, you will receive SMS, email and messages in the Online Banking mailbox about the transaction status. Please pay attention to the transaction result.
