Global mobility experience for a Relationship Manager

Starting out: Building a portfolio from scratch
Jane joined Standard Chartered Philippines in 2010 and moved to Singapore in 2015 through the Global Talent Mobility programme designed for Relationship Managers. Her initial role focused on New-To-Bank client acquisitions. The role allowed her to start building her own portfolio from scratch, a challenging yet exciting endeavor that laid the foundation for her future success.
Two years later, she transitioned from an acquisition manager to a hybrid Relationship Manager (RM). This position helped her to balance account acquisitions with relationship management, enhancing her skills in both areas. Her dedication and hard work paid off when she received her first promotion in February 2018, eventually advancing to Senior Director. This progression was a testament to her commitment and ability to adapt to new challenges.
Recognition and rewards: celebrating achievements
Jane’s consistent performance earned her a place in the Million Dollar Club, achieving quarterly targets that brought both fulfillment and recognition.
