Quentin Savinaud

Managing Director, Global Head of Energy, Corporate Coverage

Quentin Savinaud serves as the Managing Director and Global Head of Standard Chartered Bank’s Energy sector, stationed in Paris. In addition, he co-leads the Corporate Coverage business for France and Southern Europe. Quentin embarked on his journey with Standard Chartered in 2008, joining as a generalist Coverage Banker during the inception of the Paris branch. Over time, he honed his expertise, focusing on the Energy and Shipping sectors by 2015.

Since taking the helm of the Energy sector in 2024, Quentin has been instrumental in shaping and driving the sector’s strategy. He works hand-in-hand with bankers and internal stakeholders to meet the growing demands in our footprint countries and address the critical needs of the energy transition.

Before his tenure at Standard Chartered, Quentin began his career with notable stints at JPMorgan and HSBC. He is an alumnus of Neoma Business School in France, where he earned a Master in Management.
