Sara Pianigiani

Sara joined Standard Chartered in 2017 as Director Sales for Correspondent Banking holding responsibility for Cash Management and Trade Finance products across portfolios of major clients. In the last 3 years her focus has been on the UK portfolio.

Prior to joining Standard Chartered, Sara worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where she spent 7 years as Sales in the Transaction Banking department being responsible for different client sectors from FI to Corporate clients.

Sara graduated with the maximum grade from the University of Studies in Pisa (Italy) with a Master’s Degree in Modern Languages and is fluent in Italian, English and Spanish.
