Managing Director and Global Head, Cleantech Coverage, Standard Chartered
Sujay Shah is a finance professional with over 15 years of banking and advisory experience across Asia and North America. Sujay is currently Global Head of Clean Tech coverage at Standard Chartered and focuses on environmental linked sectors like renewables, waste, batteries, green hydrogen etc. Sujay’s team has been tasked with spearheading the bank’s efforts to meet its commitment to fund and facilitate $35 billion of renewable energy transactions by 2024. Sujay is a MBA from IIM Ahemdabad, India’s #1 ranked business school, a Chartered Accountant and has a Master’s Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.
Standard Chartered is a full service bank which arranges and provides capital to CleanTech and Technology companies through the growth cycle. In his current role, Sujay has been instrumental in providing strategic advice and raising capital for a number of Clean Tech focused companies.
