Ying-Ying Tan
Chief Operating Officer, Financing & Securities Services, Financial Markets
Ying-Ying Tan is Chief Operating Officer, Financing & Securities Services Financial Markets for Standard Chartered Bank, and is based in Singapore. She has recently assumed this role, and was Head of Securities Services, ASEAN and South Asia prior to October 2020.
Ying-Ying has more than 20 years of experience in the securities industry, covering a wide range of securities products including corporate trust, depository receipts, custody and clearing, fund services and securities lending.
Prior to joining Standard Chartered Bank in August 2017, Ying-Ying was with Deutsche Bank as Global Head of Product Management, Securities Services and Regional Head of Securities Services, APAC.
Ying-Ying is a Singaporean and holds a Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from the National University of Singapore.
