London  We are pleased and unsurprised by the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) filing in the legacy Brutus qui tam case, which continues to demonstrate what we’ve always known: the claims underlying this case are false.

The plaintiff’s arguments had been described by the courts as “on the verge of vexatious and frivolous”, as being “without merit” and falling “far short”.

Today’s filing reaffirms what we have held to be true for the duration of the case.
