Conflicts arising from engagement of other SC Entities and divisions
The Investment Manager, administrator, and custodian are divisions of the same SC Entity, Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited. The operations which are or may be undertaken by the Investment Manager, the administrator, the custodian and the directors and their respective holding companies, subsidiaries and affiliates may cause conflicts of interest to arise.
