    To register for mobile banking, visit any of our branches near you. Once you are registered, you will receive a SMS notification with your 6 Digit One Time Pin. Dial *722# and change your One Time Pin to your 6 Digit Pin, which you will use to access Mobile Banking services.

  • Mobile Internet Banking is available for all our customers. You need to be a subscriber of a cellular service provider that the Bank has a tie up with (currently the service is only available on Safaricom). You will need a normal GSM mobile phone and your Mobile Banking number.
