    • Click "My Preferences" in the menu on the left hand side and click "Change Password".

    • Enter your Old Password and your desired New Password.
    • Click "Next".

  • Setup Account Nickname
    • Click "My Preferences" in the menu on the left hand side and click "Account Nickname".

    • Select the account, the nickname to be named, check whether it is visible in via e-Banking and then click "Save Changes".

    • Setup of nickname is complete.

  • Change Contact Details
    • Click "My Preferences" in the menu on the left hand side and click "Change Contact Details".

    • Select the contact type to be changed (Email Address, Mobile number or Fax number).

    • Enter the new contact information and click "Next".

    • Enter the "One Time Password" (OTP) and click "Confirm".

    • Change of contact information is complete.

    • Click "My Preferences" in the menu on the left hand side and click "Change Address Information".

    • Enter the address information you want to change and click "Next".

    • Enter the "One Time Password" (OTP) and click "Confirm".

  • Change Alert Settings
    • Click "My Preferences" in the menu on the left hand side and click "Change Alert Settings".

    • Select your preferred notification mode and click "Next".

    • Click "Confirm" to accept the information on the page.

  • Effective from Jan 1st,2014, daily maximum limit of online transactions will be adjusted to:
    Priority Banking & Priority Private Wealth Customers : CNY 1,000,000
    Preferred Banking Customers:                                    CNY 200,000
    Personal Banking Customers:                                    CNY 100,000
