1. This Offer is applicable only to Standard Chartered Bank UAE Credit cardholders who have been contacted directly by the Bank through SMS or email. Offer is applicable to Visa Journey credit card only.
2. The campaign offer period is from 30th March 2025 to 30th April 2025. (Both days are inclusive)
3. One (1) Qualified Card per customer is eligible for one (1) award during the Period.
4. Awards will be calculated and will be provided at the end of the campaign, but not later than 20th of June 2025.
5. All eligible winners (cardholders) meeting the campaign criteria(s) will be awarded with travel vouchers by Standard Chartered Bank after the campaign, but not later than 20th of June 2025.
6. The cardholder will have 3 months to redeem the voucher code received from Standard Chartered. In case the cardholder fails to redeem it within 3 months, the code will expire.
7. Redeemed funds will be credited to user’s wallet with Booking.com and can be used to pay in part or in full the services provided on the travel partner platform (Booking.com). The expiry of that credit is 3 years as per the terms of Booking.com, Please consult with the partner website (Booking.com) for the latest information.
8. Total campaign fund:
The total funds made available for the “At Destination Campaign” is limited.
Visa reserves the right to suspend or terminate the “At Destination Campaign” before the expiry of the campaign period or at Visa’s discretion.
If the total rewards earned exceeds the total campaign fund, winners will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis.
9. Any potential complaints from the participating cardholders regarding the award amount will only be reviewed within 30 days after the award period end date of June 20th, 2025. Any complaints submitted after the period stated will not be considered.
10. The interbank USD exchange rate applicable at the time of purchase will be converted to AED currency.
11. Offer: A fixed reward voucher of AED 370 per card will be provided if the Activation spend threshold is achieved

12. Only the card number mentioned in the SMS or email will be eligible for the offer. Supplementary cards or any other cards are not eligible for the offer.
13. Only card present transactions (made against a Point-of-Sale (POS) device) performed outside the country of card issuance will be counted towards the threshold.

15. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of United Arab Emirates.
