Terms & Conditions

    1. Lounge access is unlimited and complimentary only for the primary and supplementary card holders of Standard Chartered Visa Infinite, Saadiq Platinum,Platinum, Platinum X, Shukran World and Shukran Titanium credit cards. Guests will be charged the respective Lounge access rate.
    2. Each airport lounge shall be entitled to request and require an eligible credit card holder to remove accompanying children from the lounge in the event that the children are noisy, unruly, or a nuisance to other lounge users.
    3. Entry of children is at the discretion of the lounge’s management, which may refuse entry of children without explanation.
    4. If access is based on presentation of Standard Chartered credit card, the Lounge will require the card holder to present the card along with the boarding pass and will require customer signature on a “Record of Visit” slip.
    5. Lounge access will be discontinued if the Standard Chartered credit card is cancelled / blocked/ downgraded to any ineligible card type. Individual lounge terms and conditions apply.
