This offer is applicable only to Standard Chartered Bank UAE clients who have been contacted directly by the Bank through SMS or email. Offer reward will only be eligible if the spends requirement is met on the Standard Chartered UAE Journey credit card.

The campaign offer period is from 15th May 2025 to 31st August 2025. (Both days inclusive)

Rewards point earn ratio:

You earn 2 Rewards Points for every USD 1 or equivalent you spend locally.

Earn twice as many on international spending – get 4 Rewards Points per USD 1 or equivalent.

 

  • 2x bonus points will be applied to your existing rewards points ratio. For domestic spending, an additional 4 points will be awarded on top of the existing 2 points per USD 1 spent. For international spending, you will earn the existing 4 points per USD 1 spent, and with the 2x bonus, you will also receive an additional 8 points, leaving you with a total of 12 points per USD 1 spent internationally if the campaign conditions are met.
  • To be eligible for this offer, clients must register (Opt-in) for the campaign through the link provided in the email communication or SMS air25 to 3133 from their registered mobile number.
  • All eligible Journey credit (cardholders) meeting the campaign criteria(s) will be awarded with bonus Rewards Points by Standard Chartered Bank by 31st October 2025.
  • Eligible Airline spends – To be eligible for bonus rewards points, the transaction(s) must be conducted directly with the airline or travel agency (only MCC codes from 3000 to 3308 and 4722 will be considered). The bonus rewards points are only applicable on the transactions made ; other transactions will not be eligible for the offer.
  • All the eligible Merchant Category Codes are between 3000 to 3308 and 4722. Visa shall be solely responsible for determining the Merchant Category Codes (“MCCs”). All the Bonus rewards points will be calculated as per the merchant categories defined by Visa. Visa’s MCC classification shall be final.
  • Each client can earn total rewards points of up to 50,000 during the campaign period.
  • The Rewards points will not be considered as repayment/payment of the any statement outstanding due.
  • Any potential complaints from the participating cardholders regarding the award amount will only be reviewed within 30 days after the award period end date of . Any complaints submitted after the period stated will not be considered.
  • Cardholders eligible for this campaign will not be eligible for any other campaign offered by Standard Chartered Bank UAE on Credit Cards during the period of this campaign.
  • Cardholders who have cancelled or terminated the credit card for any reason at the time of computation of the eligibility for this campaign, will not be eligible for the cashback.
  • To the extent of any inconsistency between this Offer terms and the Standard Chartered Client Terms and Credit Card Terms the Standard Chartered Client Terms and Credit Card Terms and Conditions will prevail.
  • If the Credit Card is overdue, blocked or suspended for any reason whatsoever, then the cashback shall stand forfeited but may be reinstated, at the sole discretion of the Bank.
  • The Bank reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Offer and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the offer and/or the entry process.
  • These terms and conditions are in addition to and supplementary to the terms and conditions applicable to all Credit Card accounts as contained in the Credit Card Terms and Conditions.
