Standard Chartered Bank – Credit Card Staff Referral Campaign

Terms and Conditions (“Campaign T&Cs”)

  1. Campaign Period

This Standard Chartered Bank UAE Journey Credit Card Staff Referral Campaign (“Campaign”) is available from [15 March 2026] to [31 May 2026], both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

By participating in this Campaign, Staff agree to be bound by these Campaign T&Cs.

  1. Eligibility

2.1 This Campaign is open to eligible Standard Chartered Bank UAE staff, subject to the Bank’s credit assessment, internal approval, and documentation requirements (Excluding WRB Frontline, Credit Card product team & CAMS)

2.2 To be eligible for the cashback the referral needs to successfully apply for a current/saving account along with the Journey credit card. If the Referral already holds an active current/savings account, the staff can proceed with only referring the Journey credit card.

2.3 Credit cards must be successfully issued during the Campaign Period to qualify.

2.4 Staff are not permitted to refer other staff under this campaign.

2.5 Staff would not be permitted to refer themselves under the referral campaign

2.6 All referrals will be submitted to a dedicated campaign email id SCB.CardApplication@sc.com

  • Every case will be centrally recorded and tracked
  • Rewards will be paid only for successfully issued cards

2.7 The campaign will be governed by approved Terms & Conditions to mitigate misuse or operational risk

2.8 Products team will be responsible on the fulfilment process

  1. Campaign Mechanics

3.1 Eligible Staff who successfully refer and issue Standard Chartered Journey Credit Card(s) during the Campaign Period will be entitled to receive Cashback as per the table below:

3.2 All referrals will be submitted to a dedicated campaign email id SCB.CardApplication@sc.com with Subject header ‘’Journey Credit Card Staff Referral Campaign’’

3.3 The maximum reward per staff is capped at AED 2,500, irrespective of the number of credit cards approved beyond five.

  • Cashback rewards will be credited directly to the staff bank account

3.5 Every case will be centrally recorded and tracked

3.6 Cashback will be paid only for successfully issued cards

  1. Reward Fulfilment

4.1 Cashback eligibility will be confirmed only after successful credit card issuance and completion of any applicable minimum criteria (if required).

4.2 Cashback confirmation will be communicated to the eligible staff via registered contact details within 60 days after the campaign period ends.

4.3 Cashback will be credited within 60 days after the campaign period ends, as per the table below:

  1. General Conditions

5.1 All credit card applications remain subject to the Bank’s credit policies, approval processes, and verification checks.

5.2 The Bank reserves the right to reject, cancel, or disqualify any customer from the Campaign in case of suspected abuse, gaming, or misrepresentation.

5.3 Cashback are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other items in part or whole.

5.4 The Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.

5.5 In the event of any dispute, the Bank’s decision shall be final and binding.

5.6 By referring an individual to the Bank, the Referrer agrees to:

  • Consent to the Bank disclosing the Referrer’s name, and the fact that the Referrer is a client of the “Bank” to such referred Individual(s)
  • By referring a client to the “Bank”, the Referrer confirms that they have already informed the individual and have obtained his/her specific consent to disclose his/her name and contact numbers to the “Bank”.
