Standard Chartered Bank – Home Loan referral Employee Campaign Terms and Conditions (“Campaign T&Cs”)
This Standard Chartered Bank Employee Promotion (“Promotion”) is available from , both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotion T&Cs.
Eligibility
This promotion is open to all employees of Standard Chartered Bank UAE (the “Bank”) who are employed with the Bank during the Promotion Period (“the Employee” or “Employees”).
Campaign
Eligible employees (the “Referrer”) who refer a friend or relative (the “Referee”) to apply for a Standard Chartered Home Loan for the purchase of a property in the UAE will be eligible for the reward. The Home Loan must be successfully disbursed and meet the criteria below in order for the Referrer to be eligible for the voucher.

The referral must be sent via email to Home.Finance@sc.com with subject header as “Employee Referral Campaign”
Eligible referrals include documentation, credit approvals, successful home loan disbursal/ booking in the bank system not later than 15 January 2026. The title deed, pre-title deed or sale and purchase agreement serving as collateral for the financed property should have been appropriately registered under the lien of Standard Chartered Bank.
The loan/ finance approvals will be subject to credit decision based on Referee’s consent and documentation verification. Current process of pre-approval/ final approval/ disbursal and mortgage registration will be followed.
By referring an individual to the Bank, the Referrer agrees to:

The Referrer should not be a part of the loan application in any capacity, nor should they be a joint account holder with any of the applicants.

Employee is not permitted to refer another Standard Chartered Bank employee either in UAE or any other markets for this campaign.
If more than one “Referrer” recommends the same “Referee,” the first one to make the referral will be entitled to the reward. In the event of a dispute, Standard Chartered Bank shall have the sole discretion to determine the first Referrer.
By referring a client to the “Bank”, the Referrer confirms that they indemnify the Bank (including its employees, agents, and assignees) and undertake to keep them harmless against any proceedings, claims, costs, and/or expenses (including any legal expenses) resulting from the Bank’s action on the referral.
The reward confirmation will be sent to the eligible employee on their employee email address upon successful disbursal as per the below table*: The bank will distribute the vouchers in the month following each quarter, i.e. November 2025 and February 2026
Qualifying referral disbursal period
Reward will be released on or before the below date:
15 July 2025 – 14 October 2025
On or before 30 November 2025
15 October 2025 – 15 January 2026
On or before 28 February 2026
*These are provisional dates and could vary depending on when disbursal is successful.
The eligible employee will have their vouchers handed over physically by their respective relationship managers and/or mortgage specialist and/or via the Bank’s courier partner, whichever is more convenient and feasible.
The corresponding reward is not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other items in part or whole.
The Bank does not offer or provide any warranties or accept any responsibility or liability concerning the voucher given under this Offer.
The Bank is not responsible for any loss or damage of the voucher.
All loans/finances are granted at the sole discretion of Standard Chartered Bank.

The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, including eligibility. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.
This campaign is not valid in conjunction with any other special promotion or other reward periodical campaign
The Bank reserves the right to do any of the following without prior notice or reason: (a) terminate, withdraw, shorten or extend this Promotion at the Bank’s sole discretion, with or without prior notice or reason; and/or (b) vary, modify, add or delete any of these Promotion T&Cs. You understand and agree to be bound by any such variation.
In the event of any inconsistency between these Promotion T&Cs and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to this Promotion, these Promotion T&Cs shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
These Terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates and parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Arab Emirates.
