Important notice: Update your supplementary credit cardholder’s details

Further to our previous communication, please note that due to the missing required information on your profile, your Standard Chartered supplementary credit card(s) will be temporarily blocked on 13th February 2026 until the requested details are updated and verified.

Once your card has been blocked, no new transactions will be permitted, until the required information is successfully submitted and approved.

To avoid any service disruptions, we kindly request you to please provide us with your city and country of birth by sending an email client.first@sc.com.

Please ensure you attach a copy of your supplementary credit cardholder’s passport.

If your information is already updated accurately at the time of receiving this email, no further action is required from your end.

Warning

  • If your credit card account balance goes over the set credit limit at any point in time, your credit card account will be

charged an over-limit fee. This fee will be applied on your statement date each month until you are within your credit limit.

Please ensure to clear the over-limit amount immediately.

  • If the minimum payment due is not paid on or before the due date, a late payment charge will be levied on the credit card

account in addition to the monthly finance charges (interest/profit/fees).

  • If you make only the minimum repayment each period, you will pay more in interest/profit/fees, and it will take you longer to pay off your outstanding balance.
  • If you do not meet the repayments on your credit card, your account will go into arrears. This may affect your credit rating, which may limit your ability to access financing in the future.
