Our delivery team has made several unsuccessful attempts to reach you on your registered phone number and schedule the delivery of your new Standard Chartered credit card.

If you have changed your phone number or delivery address recently, please provide us with your new information by following the below simple steps.

Step 1: Log in to SC Mobile app or Online Banking, select “Profile Details” from the menu

Step 2: Validate using the OTP sent to your current registered mobile number or email

Step 3: Update your new number and delivery address, review and click on “Save”

Please note that your old Standard Chartered Shukran credit card will be closed effective 30 June 2020.
