Terms and Conditions

  • Lounge access is unlimited and complimentary only for the Primary and supplementary cardholders of the eligible Standard Chartered Infinite, Manhattan Platinum and Titanium Credit Cards. Guests will be charged the respective Lounge access rate.
  • Access to all lounges is on presentation of the eligible Standard Chartered Credit Card, except in case of lounges where access is based on presentation of the Lounge Access Coupon.
  • If access is based on presentation of Standard Chartered Credit Card, the Lounge will require the Cardholder to present the Card along with the boarding pass and will require customer signature on a "Record of Visit" slip.
  • If access is based on presentation of Lounge Access Coupon, the Lounge will require the Cardholder to present the colour copy of the Lounge Access coupon along with the physical Standard Chartered Credit Card and the boarding pass. Access is permitted only if the card number and name on the Access Coupon, Standard Chartered Credit Card and the boarding pass matches.
  • Children below 5 years of age shall be allowed to enter select lounges along with an accompanying eligible credit cardholder.However it remains at the discretion of the lounge's management, which may refuse entry of children without explanation.
  • Each airport lounge shall be entitled to request and require an eligible credit cardholder to remove accompanying children from the lounge in the event that the children are noisy, unruly, or a nuisance to other lounge users.
  • Lounge access will be discontinued if the Standard Chartered Credit Card is cancelled / blocked/ downgraded to any ineligible card type.
