Standard Chartered Expedia Offer Terms and Conditions

    1. Cardholders making payment with credit cards or debit cards issued by Standard Chartered Bank UAE (the “Bank”)(“Eligible Cardholders”) are eligible for USD50 off the price of Flight and Hotel packages (“Discount”) on www.expedia.com/scb (“Selected Website”) with a minimum spend of USD 1,200 (excluding any taxes, administrative fees, tax recovery charges, fees or additional costs) in USD currency per transaction or booking (this “Offer”). This Offer may not be used for a hotel only and/or hotel booking in combination with any other product (apart from flight) such as hotel + car or flight-only bookings.
    2. This Offer applies to Flight and Hotel packages made online at the Selected Website that are pre-paid at the time of booking and consist of a non-refundable flight (“Qualifying Booking”). It cannot be redeemed against bookings which are paid at the destination. Both flight and hotel must be made in the same transaction. The coupon code under this Offer cannot be redeemed against: (i) flight + hotel + car, (ii) packages offered by third parties via the Selected Website and packages where Eligible Cardholders are not free to select individual component parts, (iii) packages where the flight component is refundable, (iv) packages where different departure and return airlines are selected (v) stand-alone car, (vi) stand-alone flight, or (vii) stand-alone hotel.
    3. The booking period is from 12.01am 12 September to 11:59pm 31 December 2019 (both dates inclusive).
    4. The travel period must be between 12 September and 31 March 2020 (both dates inclusive).
    5. Only Eligible Hotels are available for hotel booking under this Offer. An “Eligible Hotel” refers to a hotel labelled “Expedia Rate” which is not on the exclusion list in https://www.expedia.com/g/rf/coupon-exclude-hotels (“Exclusion List”) and for which payment is made at the time of booking. The Exclusion List may be amended from time to time without prior notice.
    6. The coupon code under this Offer does not apply to any booking previously made. Only one coupon code per transaction may be used. In a multiple-room booking, the Discount will be applied to only one room and to the lowest priced room in the transaction.
    7. The coupon code under this Offer can only be used by Eligible Cardholders who make a booking directly on the Selected Website,  and cannot be used through or by a third party travel agent or intermediary.
    8. This Offer may not be used or combined with other promotions or special offers, unless otherwise stated.
    9. The coupon code under this Offer will be considered fully redeemed once a Qualifying Booking has been made. The coupon code has no cash value and no refund or cash alternative will be offered. There is no residual value and no credit will be issued if the booking amount is less than the Discount. The coupon code may not be re-used, even in the event that Eligible Cardholders change or cancel the booking.
    10. Eligible Cardholders understand and accept that the Bank is not the supplier of the products/services supplied by the merchant under or in connection with this Offer. The Bank shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the products/services, including without limitation, their quality, the supply, the descriptions of goods and/or services provided by the merchant, any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices, coupon code redemption or conduct in connection with the promotion of this Offer or in making available this Offer or the products and/or services under this Offer, by the merchant, its employees, officers or agents.
