Proceed to the ‘Credit Cards’ tab on the Menu and click on ‘Card Details’
Click on ‘My Rewards’ button
Click on the ‘Transfer Rewards’ button
Select one partner for which you want to convert your reward points
Enter the mandatory details and submit
The reward points will be converted to ‘Partner Points’ in real time
After you have clicked the ‘Transfer Rewards’ button, you will be able to promptly convert Reward Points to merchant loyalty points or air miles with certain merchants.
Please take note:
You will only be able to perform conversion in ‘blocks’ of amounts as displayed on online/mobile banking.
A transfer of merchant loyalty points or air miles from a SCB customer to another SCB customer or third party who is not a SCB customer using Transfer Rewards is not permissible.
