Simply log in to Online Banking and choose which airline or hotel partner you’d like to transfer your Rewards Points to. You can make a transfer with just a few clicks.

This feature enables you to convert your reward points to partner points.
After you have clicked the ‘Transfer Rewards’ button, you will be able to promptly convert Reward Points to merchant loyalty points or air miles with certain merchants.
Please take note:
No, there will be no fee for the conversion of your Reward Points to Partner Points.
The points are deducted from your account based on a pre-defined system logic. You cannot specify the cards from which the points will be deducted.
All your reward points earning cards are eligible for Transfer Rewards.
It will be real time for British Airways. For the remaining partners it will take up to 5 days for the transfer to be processed.
