Our commitment to equality

We want to maintain a diverse workforce and find new ways to build on our inclusive culture. In support of this we have made a number of official commitments.

  • Women in Finance Charter

    In 2016, we signed the UK HM Treasury Women in Finance Charter to support progress towards a fair industry.

  • ILO Charter

    The Global Business Disability Network Charter helps create equal opportunities for people with disabilities.

  • UN Principles

    We agree to the Women’s Empowerment Principles, which offer guidance on how to promote gender equality.

  • 30% Club

    We joined the 30% Club to show our support for their mission to make women at least 30% of all boards.
