If you are successful during the earlier steps of our recruitment process, you will be invited to complete our Workplace Scenarios (video interview). This invitation will be emailed to you a few days after you submit your previous assessment.

The Workplace Scenarios assessment is used to evaluate your motivation for applying to us and other key skills that are critical for success in all Early Careers roles here.

Your responses to the assessment help us understand if you’re the right fit for an Early Careers position in an objective and standardised way.

In addition, this assessment is designed to give you insight into how we work and what matters to us. It’s important for us, as well as for you, that you’re the right fit for the role.

You can prepare by making sure you know the the key competencies and skills required for the role you’re applying for.

Study the job advert you applied to, then think about your past experiences. How can you demonstrate the skills and competencies required for the role? What makes you think it’s the right career path for you?​

Once you’ve submitted your Workplace Scenarios assessment, your entire application will be reviewed by our recruitment team. This can take some time, so please don’t worry if you don’t hear from us for a few weeks. We’ll be back in touch as soon as we can.
