Very soon after you submit your application with us, you’ll be invited to participate in an online Skills Insight Assessment.

Our Skills Insight Assessment is the first stage in our assessment process. The assessments measure various traits and attributes, to help us understand who you are as an individual and how well you might fit the role you’ve applied to.

First, you’ll be presented with a series of questions and asked to select the behavioural skills that best represent you. Next, you’ll be asked to analyse scenarios, interpret information, identify patterns and sequences, perform numerical calculations, and draw logical conclusions from the information provided.

Once you’ve been sent the email asking you to take the Skills Insight Assessment, you will have 14 days to complete them – please try and submit as soon as you can in order to progress your application as quickly as possible.

When you’ve completed your games, you’ll receive a personalised report from Skills Insight Assessment that’s yours to keep. Meanwhile we’ll review your results against the role you’ve applied for to assess whether you’re a good fit. You’ll hear back from us on next steps within a couple of days of submitting your games. If you haven’t heard from us, please make sure you check your junk mail folder. ​
