My Private Banking career journey

Bree in a black suit

I’ve learned that advancing gender equality is not about taking space from others – it’s about creating space where everyone can contribute their best. In my journey, collaboration has been my greatest tool. Working in an environment traditionally shaped by male dominance, I chose not to compete alone, but to build partnerships that amplify diverse voices and perspectives.

By working closely with colleagues across teams, I bring cultural insight, local knowledge, and empathy into conversations that shape client strategies and business decisions. Representation matters because clients connect with people who understand their realities. When our teams reflect the diversity of the markets we serve, trust grows faster, relationships deepen, and opportunities expand for the bank.

I actively mentor and support other women, encouraging them to step forward confidently and claim opportunities they once thought were out of reach. Together, we challenge assumptions, share knowledge, and strengthen performance across the team.

Balancing the scales is not a symbolic act – it delivers results. Diverse collaboration drives innovation, improves client outcomes, and strengthens sustainable growth. By ensuring women are seen, heard, and empowered, I am helping build a more inclusive workplace that ultimately enables our bank to serve clients better and succeed together.
