Standard Chartered's electronic Statements are the fastest and most convenient way to receive your monthly bank statement. You no longer have to wait for the mail or worry about it becoming lost or misdirected at the office. With Internet access and a few simple clicks you have control of when and where you receive your statements.

Each time we prepare a statement for an account that you have selected for eStatements, we will send you an email with the electronic file attached. Simply open the attached eStatement using your unique password, and there it is: a statement of your account activity. What you do next is up to you. Save, send, copy or print, the choice is yours.

By signing up to eStatements, you help conserve the environment, as you help prevent the cutting down of trees to produce paper.

An eStatement is an electronic version of a customer’s account activity over a period of time.

All bank customers qualify.

What do I need to do to register for the service?

Is there a fee for this service?

No, this service is absolutely free. However, you will be charged for paper statements requested via the branch, call centre or through mBanking
