How do I file my Insurance Claim?


  1. A. Download the appropriate Claim Form

  2. B. Fill and sign the claim form and attach the required documents and send to Insurance.claimsKE@sc.com and SCBGIClaims@sanlam.co.ke

  3. C. Sanlam General Insurance Company Ltd shall reach out to you in case additional claim supporting documentation is required and provide the claims processing updates.
