To call our contact Centre, please dial 5247 (toll free) on all Zambian mobile networks. The Contact Centre operates from 08:00-18:00 on Monday to Friday and from 08:00-13:00 on Saturdays. You can also talk to us after 18:00 on the following hotlines: +260 966 999 990 and +260 977 999 990.

Our Contact Centre is open for inquiries from the general members of the public who would like to find out more about Standard Chartered Bank products and services.     • Do I have to pay for this service?

      The service is free of charge when you call us on the toll free number 5247 on all networks. However, when you call us on the hotlines, you will be charged by your telephone services provider according to your tariff plan.

    • Can I access the service from overseas?

      Yes, as long as you have roaming on your phone. You can also call us on the hotlines from other foreign networks.
