How we work
The Standard Chartered Foundation partners with expert NGOs to empower under-served young people.

Employability
Programmes provide job-ready training, mentoring, upskilling and collaborate with local employers to create workplace opportunities and decent jobs for participants.

Entrepreneurship
Programmes offer business skills training, help build financial knowledge, as well as access to finance and networks for microbusinesses to achieve growth, and in turn create jobs in their communities.

Inclusive
All programmes have a strong focus on gender, disability, financial health, and green and sustainable jobs.
