Reducing Malaysia's carbon emissions

We're reducing carbon emissions in Malaysia, through investment in solar power projects.

Malaysia solar power

We provided USD50.8 million (MYR163.4 million) in financing for three solar projects in Malaysia, including the largest single solar power plant in the country.

Striving for cleaner energy

The three projects together are expected to generate more than 460 million kWh of energy over the next 20 years. That's enough energy to power more than 7,500 homes cost-effectively. They'll also offset about 15 million kg of carbon dioxide emissions every year.
