  • The revised finance charges on retail and cash transactions/balances will be applicable from the effective date as mentioned above
  • The payment due date revision will be applicable from the statement generation date (the billing cycle) for your credit card(s) on/after the effective date as mentioned above. For example, if the current billing cycle is 2nd of the month then for the statement generated on April 2nd & subsequent months, the payment due date will be 25 days from statement date. However, please note that the statement generated before the change date will not have any impact
  • If you have set-up Standing Instructions (SI) with your Standard Chartered bank accounts or set up Direct Debits for the payment of the credit card(s) they will continue to be executed. Please note that no action is required from your end.
