Yes, a minimum spends of AED 10,000 or more every month is required for the card holder to avail the complimentary round of golf at partner golf clubs and the Fitness First/Warehouse Gym Access.

Golf Privileges: If the minimum spend requirement is not met, a fee of AED 500 will be applicable. Golf privileges are subsidised by Standard Chartered Bank and not a direct offer from the golf club.

Fitness First/Warehouse Gym Privileges: If the minimum spend requirement is not met, a fee of AED 500 will be applicable. Cardholders will be requested to charge their Journey Credit Card for AED 1 for every visit to a Fitness First/Warehouse Gym outlet which will be reversed in the following statement.

No, as a client, you are not required to take any action. All the system and communication changes with our partners have been managed by Standard Chartered Bank. Your Visa infinite card will automatically be replaced with a new Journey design card on renewal, or on replacement which is requested to us through any of our authorised channels (by the client).

  • For a limited time, all Journey credit cardholders will be eligible for an additional round of golf per month, which makes two complimentary rounds of golf each month.
  • This change will remain effective from 1 April 2025 till 30 June 2025 only. In between this period, Journey credit cardholders will be eligible to enjoy up to 2 complimentary rounds of golf each month – subject to meeting the below spends threshold in the Journey credit card statement. The new spend threshold condition is inclusive with remaining other conditions listed below for this benefit.

For example, each golf club has a maximum booking limit of three rounds in one calendar year period. If the booking maximum limit (3 rounds) has been availed in the same calendar period, then the cardholder will require to choose another listed golf venue for booking.
  • You must spend AED 10,000 on your card each calendar month to enjoy this offer, otherwise a one-time fee of AED 525 will be charged.   • The bookings are required to be placed a maximum of seven (7) days before the date of play on weekdays and weekends.
  • SpikesOn App will have the capability of Booking one (1) complimentary game for the calendar month based on the date of play & not the date of booking. For example, if the customer has booked 1 game in April, they will not be able to play another round in April. But they can make another booking in April to play during the following month.
  • Any unused round of golf at the end of a month will not be rolled over into the next month.
  • Process of making any changes in the Golf booking after receiving the confirmation –
    • If the booking is outside 48 hrs, the customer can make adjustments via the app. The only change they cannot make is to add an additional person to a booking or move the booking to a different time. In these cases, the customer can simply cancel the original booking and book again. Any changes made to a booking will be notified to the client by email with a booking confirmation.
    • If the booking is inside the 48 hrs cancellation policy, the customer can contact the golf club directly and if agreed to by the golf club, the golf club can make any changes to the booking. Journey card holders will have to pay for buggy, caddie, turf mate, locker fee and insurance at normal published rates & any other fees, where applicable at the club. Card holders credit card will be charged for the full amount 48 hours before a booking after card holder confirms booking using spikeson.com
  • Card holders’ guests have to pay for green fee, buggy, caddie, turf mate, locker fee and insurance at normal published rates & any other fees, where applicable.
  • Incase of cancellation within 48 hours of the booking or no show for the golf round, the cardholder will incur fee/charges charged from the participating Golf Clubs as per the rate on that day. This rate will be subjective to the rate offered by the golf club to the Bank. Also, the golf round of that month will also be marked as consumed.
  • Journey card holders shall make golf enquiries through SpikesOn help support dedicated hotline number +97142348885 and dedicated email help@back9solutions.com. Journey cardholders can also benefit from the automated ‘Help Bot’.
  • Standard Chartered Bank or SpikesOn.com reserves the right to withhold services to golfers who do not abide by the terms and conditions of play.
  • Acceptance of all bookings/changes to tee times will be at the discretion of the golf clubs and subject to availability.

  • All Journey cardholders will have complimentary access to all Warehouse GYMs across the UAE. The complimentary access is limited to up to 30 visits per month for all Journey credit cardholders. The total 30 visits will be cumulative of Primary and Supplementary cardholders’ visits. A one-time fee of AED 525 will be applied if the total number of visits exceeds 30 visits in a month.
  • An exclusive privilege for Priority Private Journey cardholders: Unlock unlimited access to Warehouse Gym outlets by meeting a minimum spend of AED 10,000 per month.
  • A minimum spend of AED 10,000 or more each billing month is required to enjoy complimentary Warehouse Gym access. If the minimum spend is not met in that billing month, an AED 525 fee applies. Cardholders will be charged AED 1 on their Journey credit card at every Warehouse Gym visit, which will be reversed in the following statement.
  • A valid photo ID will be required to gain access to Warehouse Gym outlets.

  • Journey card holders should provide details of any specific medical conditions that they feel any ‘Coach/Trainer’ should be made aware of prior to using any Warehouse Gym facility.
