    Step 1: Visit Online Banking or SC Mobile app login screen.

    Step 2: Click “New to online/mobile banking?”.

    Step 3: Register with either your:

    • Standard Chartered Debit Card, Credit Card* or Account Number
    • Temporary ID and SMS PIN (expires within 4 working days of registration)

    Step 4: Verify your details and click ‘Next’.

    Step 7: Key in the One Time Password (OTP) and then create your new log in details.

    Steps on how to apply for a Fixed Payment Plan

    Step 1: Log into Online Banking or the SC Mobile app.

    Step 2: Once you have logged in, you can submit the request through the Banner inviting you to get Cash from Card or select “Get Cash from Card ” on your home page or the Card Details page.

    Step 3: You will be asked to enter a One-Time Password (OTP) which will be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS.

    Step 4: After entering the OTP, select Cash from Card “Instalment”.

    Step 5: Simply select the amount you wish to book against the tenure you wish to book it for.

    Step 6: Provide the account details of where you would like the funds to be transferred.

    Step 7: Accept the Terms & Conditions and submit your request.

    Step 8: You will receive an SMS and email confirmation that your request is being processed.
