  1. Visit the Journey Collection website.
  2. Select the number of rooms, guests, dates and destination/hotel for your next stay.
  3. View the list of available hotels as per your next stay’s details and select your preferred hotel.
  4. Enter the first 8-digit of your Journey credit card to unlock exclusive offers.
  5. Select your preferred room and rate plan.
  6. Fill in your Guest Details information and click on “Continue.
  7. Review your booking details and mark the checkbox to agree to the T&Cs, and click on “Continue” to proceed to the payment prompt.
  8. Once the payment prompt is completed, you will be redirected to your booking confirmation screen.

Journey Collection Terms and Conditions

  • This Offer is applicable only to Standard Chartered Journey/Visa Infinite Credit Cardholders (the “Cardholders”).
  • The Offer is valid from 20 May 2026 to 30 September 2026 (both dates inclusive).
  • The offer will only apply when you use your Visa Journey credit card issued in UAE.
  • This Offer is applicable only to Standard Chartered Bank UAE Journey Credit cardholders who have been contacted directly by the Bank through SMS or email.

Warning

  • If your credit card account balance goes over the set credit limit at any point in time, your credit card account will be charged an over-limit fee. This fee will be applied on your statement date each month until you are within your credit limit. Please ensure to clear the over-limit amount immediately.
  • If the minimum payment due is not paid on or before the due date, a late payment charge will be levied on the credit card account in addition to the monthly finance charges (interest/ fees).
  • If you make only the minimum repayment each period, you will pay more in interest/ fees, and it will take you longer to pay off your outstanding balance.
  • If you do not meet the repayments on your credit card, your account will go into arrears. This may affect your credit rating, which may limit your ability to access financing in the future.

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of United Arab Emirates.
