1. This Standard Chartered Online Equity Trading New Account (01 October 2026 to 31 December 2026) Promotion (“Promotion”) is available from 01 October 2026 to 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotion T&Cs.

Eligibility:

2. This offer is open to Priority Private clients of Standard Chartered Bank UAE (the “Bank”), who do not have an existing Online Equity Trading Account with the Bank (each an “Eligible Client” and collectively, “Eligible Client”).
3. This Promotion is only applicable for online “Buy” transactions executed via Online Equity Trading platform.
4. This Promotion is not concurrently valid with other Standard Chartered Online Equity Trading promotions.
5. Employees of the Standard Chartered Bank UAE are not eligible for this Promotion.
6. This Promotion is only applicable for “buy” trades executed on Online Equity Trading platform via SC mobile App and/or Online Banking.

Promotion:

7. To qualify for this Promotion, Eligible Clients must meet the eligibility requirements and the following qualifying criteria to be entitled to receive the account credit (“Cash Reward”), as set out below.

Note: inclusive of buy transactions, net of fees and charges during the Promotion Period.

Additional Note: The Eligible Client will still be charged the standard full brokerage fee for each trading transaction, which will be debited from their Online Equity Trading account. The Cash Reward will be credited in USD directly into the Eligible Client’s USD Securities Settlement Account.

8. The Eligible Client will be charged the standard full brokerage fee for each trading transaction, which will be debited from the Online Equity Trading account. The Eligible Client remains liable for the payment of any transfer-out fee, and any transactional fee payable to any third party, including, but not limited to, any tax or stamp duty, transaction levy, exchange fee, clearing fee, or market fee, that may be imposed on such Eligible Client by law.
9. If an Eligible Client opens more than one (1) Online Equity Trading account as the main account holder i.e., one (1) single mandate account and one (1) joint mandate account as the main account holder during the Promotion Period, only one (1) Online Equity Trading account will be eligible for the Cash Reward. The Cash Reward will only be awarded to the first Online Equity Trading account application approved by the Bank, pursuant to this Promotion.

Award of Cash Reward:

10. The Cash Reward for eligible Clients will be fulfilled on or before 31 January 2027
11. The Cash Reward will be credited in USD directly into the Eligible Client’s USD Securities Settlement Account, which is valid and in good standing by the fulfilment dates. For clients who do not have a USD Securities Settlement Account, the Bank shall, in its absolute discretion, apply its prevailing foreign exchange rates in determining the USD value equivalent and credit the amount into a non-USD Securities Settlement Account.
12. If an Eligible Client ceases to maintain their Online Equity Trading account prior to receiving the Cash Reward, the Eligible Client will be disqualified from this Promotion and deemed to have forfeited the Cash Reward without notice to the Eligible Client.
13. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that the Bank deems any Cash Reward already awarded and received by the Eligible Client as forfeited, the Bank reserves the right to deduct from any of the Eligible Client’s account(s) with the Bank the market value of such Cash Reward awarded and received, as reasonably determined by the Bank in its sole and absolute discretion.
14. The Cash Reward awarded under this Promotion is not exchangeable for any other items and is non-transferable and non-assignable.
15. The maximum value of the Cash Reward awarded under this Promotion per Eligible Client is capped at USD 5,000 or its foreign currency equivalent.

General Terms:

16. The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, including eligibility. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.
17. The Bank reserves the right to do any of the following without prior notice or reason: terminate, withdraw, shorten or extend this Promotion at the Bank’s sole discretion. The Bank also reserves the right to do any of the following after 60 days prior notice: vary, modify, add or delete any of these Promotion T&Cs. You understand and agree to be bound by any such variation.
18. In the event of any inconsistency between these Promotion T&Cs and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to this Promotion, these Promotion T&Cs shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
19. The Bank’s records are final and conclusive for the purposes of this offer.
20. The Bank’s decisions relating to this offer are final and binding upon all participants. If any matters, disputes, or claims arise which are not covered in these terms and conditions, they will be determined solely by the Bank.
