Please take note of the following:
  • You can visit our branches, call our Call Centre, or login to Online Banking to apply for eStatements.
  • The paper statement will be replaced by eStatements once you've applied successfully.
  • We will send your eStatement/notification of eStatement to your designated email address registered with the bank.
  • If you want to change your email address, please visit our branches, call our Call Centre or login to Online Banking to update.


    • Why can't I find my e-Statement email in my "Inbox"?

      Please try to check your "Junk email" box. Your e-Statement may be treated as "Junk email" due to your email server security setting.

      To avoid this auto filtering, please add to your safe sender list.

    • Why does my e-Statement not display accurate Chinese characters?

      Just change the language setting in your email box to UTF-8. From the tool bar, select view > encoding > Unicode (UTF-8) in your email box setup.
