Terms and Conditions

1. Applicable for completed residential properties in Klang Valley, Johor, Penang, Kedah and Negeri Sembilan only.
2. Minimum financing amount of RM300K and maximum financing amount of RM3.5 million. For top up financing, the minimum financing size is RM300K.
3. Holding period of 5 years and any early settlement within the holding period will lead to revision of the Sale Price.
4. Top up facility plans is only applicable to residents.
