Have you lost your card, or has it been stolen/damaged? Block and Replace it immediately to avoid a 3rd party using it.
Log in to your SC Mobile app,
Select Service Requests, under the main menu bar
Select Card Management under the Service request icon
Click on ‘Block & Replace Debit Card’ to proceed
Select from the drop down the reason why you need to block your ATM/Debit card upload
Select the Debit card you would like to Block and proceed
Confirm your details and then proceed to the next page
In put the One Time Password (OTP) sent to your mobile number and Submit. Your ATM/Debit card will be blocked immediately, and your new card request submitted for processing
