Adjust the maximum daily limits for various transfer types including Bank-to-Wallet transactions.
Log in to Online Banking via https://www.sc.com/ug and click on Login
Select ‘Online Banking Login”
Enter the same Username and Password you use for logging in to the SC Mobile App, and click on Login In case you have forgotten the credentials, click on ‘Forgot Username / Password’ and follow the prompts to reset your login credentials.
You may be required to enter the One Time Password (OTP) sent to your mobile number if this is the first time you are logging in to Online Banking via the web browser.
After you have logged in, click on your Name Profile (top left)
Click on “Change Funds Transfer Limits”
Update your preferred daily overall limit by indicating the amount in the column under “New Daily Limit”. You can input any amount up to the respective maximum overall limit indicated against each transfer type. For example, for Bill Payments, you can choose any amount up to a maximum of UGX 20M.
Review the changes before confirming acceptance
In case you are increasing the limit, you will be required to input the One-Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS to your mobile number; and click ‘SUBMIT’ to complete the request
The limits are automatically updated and immediately available for utilization both via Online Banking and SC Mobile App (subject to sufficiency of funds on the account).
After completing any other transactions that you want to do, proceed to Logout.
